Snagit is a powerful, simple screen capture program that lets you grab graphics from anything on your computer and edit it to a useful graphic format quickly.  It has a number of very nice features, including easy image resizing, capturing scrolling windows, simple mark up and annotation, edge effects, and text output filters.  This tool is the swiss army knife of graphics tools and I use it daily.  All of the screen captures and annotation presented on my website were completed with snagit.

Another online presentation and collaboration package.  Keller Williams has a relationship with Webex, and this product is built into the Market Center weboffice and can be easily turned on to provide online meetings.  Highly sophisticated, works on Windows and Mac, and easy to use.
