Jack Miller is a Systems and Technology Coach and Consultant affiliated with the Keller Williams MAPS Institute. As former Software Development Manager for Keller Williams Realty International and a part owner of 4 Keller Williams Market Centers, Jack has extensive experience with both real estate technology and the particular needs of Keller Williams agents and Market Centers. During his tenure at Keller Williams Realty International, Jack managed a technology team including software developers, web designers, and database administrators. He was also an active member of the Agent Technology Council and contributed leadership and direction for the implementation of enterprise solutions for Keller Williams based on feedback from Keller Williams agents and Market Centers. Jack and his team implemented projects ranging from public facing websites, reporting and data systems, ecommerce and payment solutions, email marketing systems, and personnel management solutions for the franchise organization. In addition to in house development, Jack managed implementation and co-development with 3rd party products in the franchise system, including the Webex Weboffice (formerly Intranets.com) product for Market Centers.
In 2005, Jack became the 1st coach in the new Technology Coaching
division of the MAPS Institute. The division is now comprised of
10 technology coaches.
Prior to his work in the real estate industry, Jack led a project team for a startup company providing hosted enterprise software solutions for K-12 school districts. He also designed hardware and software for ActivePower (NasdaqNM: ACPW), a green energy company providing power storage solutions based on high-energy flywheel technology.
