    Hey Don-

    It seems like I wrote that back in the dark ages! Pre-zillow, I think that this experience was relevant – from what I can tell now, housevalues is basically a non-player. I haven’t seen ads (which was how they drove traffic) and our brokerage hasn’t received a sales call from them in the 2 years I’ve been here.

    And I think this graph pretty much tells the story:
