Recruiting Tech Materials
This is a summary of all the action plans and materials included in the Recruiting Tech for Team Leaders program. This materials list will be updated as the program is expanded.
Action Plans
The action plans used in in the recruiting systems for Team Leaders program are utilized primarily for marketing activities for recruits as well as for drip plans for Keller Williams agents once they have joined. The plans include:

. KW MAPS 8x8 - Experienced Agents
This follow up plan is for experienced agents that you have met and are following up to secure an first or follow up appointment. As configured in the library it is a 5 week plan that sends 8 emails and has 3 calls scheduled over a 6 week period. This plan includes emails about Millionaire Agent, Millionaire Investor, Wealth Building Wednesdays, Millionaire Mondays, KW Technology, Training for Experienced agents, and profit share. All follow up activities are priority 2 activities.
. KW MAPS 8x8 - New agents
This follow up plan is for new agents that you have met with and have asked permission to send them information about the company. As configured in the library the plan sends 7 emails and has 2 phone calls scheduled over a two week period. This plan is faster than the experienced agent plans and presents information in a different order more oriented towards a new agent's needs. This plan includes emails about Camp 443, Training for Emerging Agents, Millionaire Agent, Millionaire Investor, Wealth Building Wednesdays, Millionaire Mondays, and KW Technology. All follow up activities are priority 2 activities.
. KW MAPS 10x10 Plan Mega/Icon (also for Independent brokers)
This plan is oriented towards Top Producer agents and makes use of materials items and letters as a means for follow up. There are pre-written letters to accompany the Millionaire Systems books, KWU Course Catalog, Annual report, Culture, Profit Share, and Education DVDs, as well as several introductory letters including versions for independent brokers.
.KW MAPS 33 Touch
This action plan when utilized in conjunction with the 33 touch and 12 direct monthly campaigns adds the scheduled quarterly touches for our 33 touch contacts. This calling plan can be used in conjunction with other annual touch plans (i.e. 12 direct) if you want quarterly phone call reminders. All 33 touch calls are priority 4 activities.
. KW MAPS 12 Direct
The 12 direct is implemented as a monthly mass-email or direct mail campaign.
This action plan creates a reminder 1 year after you put someone in the 12 direct. This reminds you to either keep them on the plan or to take them off of the plan. 12 direct action plan activities are priority 4 activities.
.KW MAPS Co-broker - Received Contract
This is a short follow up plan that your MCA can put people on when a contract is received. It sends an automated email and call reminders. You can transition the contact to an 8x8 for appointment setting after the plan completes.
.KW MAPS - Co-broker - Contract Closed
This is a plan that sends out a letter after a deal is completed. Included with this plan are a co-broker feedback form for your agent to tell you about the transaction, and follow up emails and calls to make with the co-broker agent. There is also a monthly or quarterly email to send out about how their transaction contributed to profit share.
.KW MAPS Cold Call Plan
You can use this plan to mass-assign people to a cold calling, and since they are at priority 5 you can easily separate out your lead, follow up, and other calls from the cold-calls in your calling list.
.KW MAPS Retention Tips 14x14
This plan is a fully automatic email drip plan for associates that have just joined Keller Williams. It includes emails introducing Eagentc and the technology provided by KWRI, as well as information about marketing, vendor relationships, and productivity tips.
.KW MAPS Retention Plan
This is an annual plan for KW associates that schedules reminder emails for license renewals and their KW anniversary date.
Listing Plans
To get to the listing plans, navigate to the listing plan tab in the plans setup portion of the Plans.

.KW MAPS Agent Intake Plan
This plan is a 60 day plan for associates that have just joined the Market Center. The plan has activities related to getting set up in the Market Center, as well as phone calls from the Team Leader to check in with the agents as they are joining.
Closing Plans
To get to the closing plans, go to the Closing Plans tab.

.KW MAPS Agent Exit Plan
This plan containsall the activities for an agent exiting the Market Center.

This is a catalog of materials used in conjunction with the action plans or with the monthly campaigns.
